You're invited to  3Z Realty's Office Opening Celebration & Horse Race Fundraiser    Robby and I are SO excited to announce the official opening of the new 3Z Realty office at 2706 Hunter Road. We could not have achieved our business goals without the support of our family, friends, clients and business associates, which is why we invite you to join us for an evening of fun, allowing us to give back to all of you that have been by our side helping and supporting us! 3Z Realty was created to find a cure for Narcolepsy by raising funds and awareness through every real estate transaction. The date of our office opening holds significance as it will fall on National Narcolepsy Awareness Day, also known as Suddenly Sleepy Saturday, as the clocks go back and we lose an hour of sleep. Other organizations across the nation will be hosting similar events, and we feel privileged to invite everyone to celebrate with us on this special day. We will have food, drinks, entertainment, and four horse races throughout the evening, with a chance to win cash. These are not real horses, but this event is A LOT of fun and a great alternative to a casino night. The first race will begin at 5 pm, and races will continue every hour on the hour until 8 pm, with 10% of all proceeds going to non-profit narcolepsy organizations. For those of you that would like to participate in the horse races, please bring cash. The minimum bet is $1 so bring as little or much money as you like, however, participation is voluntary so no need to take part in order to join in the fun.  Please RSVP if you will be attending. THANK YOU!  Robby and I would like to thank you all for attending the 3Z Realty Office Opening Celebration and Horse Race Fundraiser. Despite the poor weather, the evening was a blast and we really appreciate all of you for attending and supporting us. We completely understand those that could not make it and we look forward to seeing you at similar events we will be hosting in the future. The horse races were a huge success, raising almost $300 for narcolepsy organizations. A BIG thank you goes out to my father, David Scruton, for organizing the races. ForeFront Foto was there to capture our special event and we are SO appreciative of the amazing photos and professional services provided.  This girl painted a picture using only her feet and it turned out better than the painting I did with my hands! 

I gave up painting a canvas and decided to paint wine glasses
